Dr. Bandy, you are on fire tonight! This is such an excellent letter, full of deep conviction, with everything laid out so clearly and articulately. The manner in which you have presented the evidence is simply marvelous.. I hope that your analysis will receive widespread publicity. Americans should feel fully justified in relying on it.

Thank you so much!! Your speaking the truth about President Biden, with the evidence to back it up, is just what we need. You are a heroine for continuing to stand up and speak the truth about this.

Few years ago, Trump was excited to announce that he excelled some cognitive functions test - Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV.

This is the soundest logic I’ve read or heard yet that supports fitness for duty assessments especially for POTUS. I believe fitness assessments must be required for all government employees from the dog catcher to the president, and really any position.

As persons grow older, their wisdom increases, even if their calculus sharpness characteristically decreases. A well-qualified president with a sound mind, who shows wisdom, even in handling a runaway national debt and the scaling down of ugly, horrific wars, will be appreciated if reelected and faithful to such endeavors.

Again, Dr Lee, I do appreciate your clarity and intelligence. I have a few questions. Can't a judge overseeing a trial order a cognitive test? Is so, what is the likelihood that could happen. Also, it seems to me that Donald's current decline is so rapid, is it not possible or even likely that before long he will not be able to function, literally.

Dr Lee, can you outline a process and nature of cognitive function test/psychological examination that can be mandated on President? And how will examiners/agency be appointed to ascertain their neutrality? I can only see cretin politicians' bickering and blaming over neutrality of scientific experts if they give unfavorable analysis of their political candidate.

If Donald we're to be found to be incompetent to stand trial, maybe that would be a way out. For better or worse, no jail time for him, but would that make him unable to run for press, or otherwise be unelectable? Just speculating, I have not knowledge of this aspect of the legal system.

While I can not assess Mr Hur's fitness, he did impress me as an opportunist -- too obvious an opportunist to realize his petty ambition. I watched that same hearing. As an erstwhile Republican and conservative by temperament, it is painful to watch a Party -- the Party of Lincoln -- twisted into an unrecognizable platform of authoritarianism.

🤢

The Californians nailed Mr Hur to the wall; Representative Lieu best of all with his low-key, almost too polite, refutation of Mr Hur and the report he wrote. Representative Lieu's respectful manner, when contrasted with bullying ways of too many Republicans doubled the damnation implied by his questions. One could sense the Republicans knew they were defeated when members started dragging Mr Hunter Biden into the discussion. Red herrings often serve as red flags.

✌️

Frankly, I have been concerned by President Biden's age, frailty, and occasional difficulties in articulating ideas. The State of the Union speech certainly swept away that concern. More important, for me at least, was how President Biden acted after the speech. I was watching the event on C-span and that crew remained with the President and his entourage for twenty minutes as he made his way out of the House chamber.

🙂

This was Joe Biden unscripted, talking with a dozen or more members of Congress. After what had to be a tiring speech for anyone, President Biden proved himself to be intelligent and intellectually alert. Besides, if the President were tragically to die in his second term, I think Vice President Harris would do just fine. Different politics, yes; fine character, yes. The latter is determinative.

Bless you, Dr. Lee! This is an excellent analysis of the current situation and the "unfitness" of Donald Trump to be anywhere near public office.

It is going to take a concerted effort to break through decades of media propaganda (Maggie Haberman's family worked for the Trump PR firm, starting with Fred Trump) that is still being promoted by Fox and the Murdochs.

I'm grateful that you also focused on the unfit Ronny Jackson, his mishandling of the White House pharmacy, and his subsequent demotion. Now, if only his constituents would kick him out of Congress.
